Affiliate Compliance & Marketing Requirements

Affiliates participating in the PRECISION Peptide Dynamics Affiliate Program must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, advertising standards, platform policies, and company compliance requirements.

Affiliates may promote PRECISION Peptide Dynamics products only in a manner consistent with the company’s laboratory research positioning and research-use-only policies.

Failure to comply with these requirements may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination from the affiliate program, forfeiture of unpaid commissions, and potential legal action where applicable.

PROHIBITED CLAIMS & CONTENT

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from making, implying, discussing, or promoting any of the following:

• Human consumption or human use

• Veterinary use

• Medical advice or recommendations

• Therapeutic claims

• Disease treatment claims

• Healing or recovery claims

• Anti-aging claims

• Weight loss claims

• Muscle growth claims

• Performance enhancement claims

• Hormone optimization claims

• Fat-burning claims

• Wellness or lifestyle claims

• Dosage instructions

• Administration guidance

• Injection guidance

• Reconstitution instructions

• “Cycle” recommendations

• “Stack” recommendations

• Before-and-after imagery

• Testimonials implying physical or medical outcomes

• Claims suggesting FDA approval or medical endorsement

• Claims implying products are intended for clinical or pharmaceutical use

RESEARCH USE POSITIONING REQUIREMENT

Affiliates must clearly represent all products as laboratory research materials intended strictly for research purposes only.

Affiliates may not market products in a way that creates the impression of consumer supplementation, wellness enhancement, therapeutic use, or pharmaceutical application.

SOCIAL MEDIA & ADVERTISING RESTRICTIONS

Affiliates may not:

• Use misleading or exaggerated claims

• Use transformation imagery

• Use physique imagery implying product outcomes

• Target vulnerable medical audiences

• Run advertisements that violate platform policies

• Use spam-based promotional methods

• Use unauthorized brand assets or modified logos

• Use deceptive SEO or AI-generated misinformation content

• Misrepresent analytical testing or laboratory documentation

REQUIRED DISCLOSURES

Affiliates must comply with FTC endorsement and disclosure requirements at all times.

Any compensated promotion must clearly disclose the affiliate relationship using appropriate language such as:

“This content contains affiliate links. I may receive compensation from qualifying purchases.”

CONTENT APPROVAL RIGHTS

PRECISION Peptide Dynamics reserves the right to:

• review affiliate content,

• request edits or removals,

• monitor advertising activity,

• archive promotional screenshots,

• investigate compliance concerns,

• and terminate affiliate accounts for noncompliance at its sole discretion.

PLATFORM COMPLIANCE

Affiliates are solely responsible for ensuring their content complies with:

• FTC guidelines

• FDA regulations

• platform advertising policies

• email marketing laws

• SMS marketing laws

• intellectual property laws

• and all applicable local, state, federal, and international regulations.

NO AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATION

Affiliates are independent marketers and are not employees, agents, representatives, medical professionals, or authorized spokespersons of PRECISION Peptide Dynamics.

Affiliates may not speak on behalf of the company or present themselves as official representatives.

ENFORCEMENT & TERMINATION

Violation of any affiliate compliance requirement may result in:

• immediate suspension,

• permanent removal from the affiliate program,

• cancellation of pending commissions,

• removal requests,

• legal enforcement measures,

• or reporting to applicable platforms or authorities where necessary.
